  1. I've installed the App. So what am I looking at on the first page?

The first page, the landing, starts out with a list of all conferences in all industries. You can search by keyword, narrow results by industry, browse teh conferences or even add a conference from this page.


  1. The Conference I’m looking for isn’t listed, How do I get it listed?

There are tens of thousands of conferences out there, we are constantly striving to keep our information current. Please click the “+” icon on the right of the search field and add it to our database. It’ll be verified by our staff and added in a couple days.


  1. My conference information is incorrect or outdated How do I correct it?

If it’s a conference you entered just click the edit button to make changes. If it’s not editable Please send an email to support@conferencewhiz.com with the corrections to be made. We’ll get it taken care of for you.


  1. I’d like to advertise on ConferenceWhiz, how can I do that?

Just send an email to support@conferencewhiz.com with your contact information with ADVERTISINGin the subject line. A member of our sales team will be in touch.


  1. How do I Write a Review for event?

Just sign in to your account and the option to “Write a review” Will appear on that listing, Please try to provide a few sentences about your experience that will be helpful to others who are considering going?


  1. How do I report a review?

People say some unfortunate things, if you find something inappropriate or offensive that doesn’t belong on our site there’s a flag at the bottom of each review. Click on the flag and we’ll look into it and see if it meets our professional standards. Thanks!


  1. How can I delete Events?

Part of the value on our site is to provide information about a conference from people who were there so normally a conference would not be deleted. However, if it’s long past, and talking up space or, not relevant anymore, just drop us an email at support@conferencewhiz.com explaining why it should be removed and we’ll look into it.


  1. I’m registering and my location and industry is not available. Why is that?

Our App is new and we’re still growing our database, starting out we’ve tried to match LinkedIn’s industries and many locations. We know LinkedIn has some complaints about their choices as well. We hope to add some in the future If you feel that we need to add them now (so do we), but drop us a note at support@conferencewhiz.com and we’ll keep it open for consideration and add it if we get a lot of requests we’ll put em in. Thanks!

Creating an Account

  1. Why am I seeing an error message that says there's an existing account associated with my email address?

In this case you can request to reset password if you already have a Conference Whiz account with this email.


  1. Why i received an email that I created a new ConferenceWhiz account, but I didn’t sign up for a new account?

If you have not created account then you can email us on support@conferencewhiz.com.


Confirming Your Email Address

  1. Why i am not getting my ConferenceWhiz confirmation email?

If you have not received the confirmation email to verify your email address, please check your spam or junk mail folder. You may also try searching the email address support@conferencewhiz.com to see if you can find the confirmation email.


Login Issues


  1. Why i can't log in?

If the system cannot find your email address, you may be entering the wrong one. Please check again and try.

In case if your password is not working, request to reset new password.


Password Issues

  1. Why i'm seeing an email and password incorrect error message even though I know the credential is correct?

Check for the credentials by reading it carefully.

Please check Caps is in proper state.

You can request to reset new password.


  1. Why i'm not receiving the email to reset my password?

In this case please check your spam or junk mail folder in your email account. In case if it doesn’t work then you can request to reset new password again.


  1. Why i got an email saying I requested a new password but I didn't make this request?

If you received a reset password email that you didn't request, then it might be someone accidentally entered your email address. As long as you don't click the link to reset your password, your password wouldn't change until you create a new password.
